Loupe (“the Service”) is operated by Aardvark Hosting, registered in the Netherlands at Mariahof 3, 5056 SG Berkel-Enschot, with KVK (Chamber of Commerce) number 68957157 and BTW (VAT) number NL001778406B98(“we”, “us”, “Aardvark Hosting”). “Loupe” and “luxloupe.com” are brands and services of Aardvark Hosting. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Loupe provides AI-assisted market intelligence for luxury collectibles — watches, art, wine, handbags, and similar assets. You may submit photos or links, and we return an estimated valuation and supporting analysis. All output is informational and does not constitute an appraisal, investment advice, or a guarantee of authenticity.
To use Loupe's SMS service, you must first submit the opt-in form on luxloupe.com/sms with your mobile number and the consent checkbox checked. Submitting that form constitutes your express, prior consent to receive automated SMS messages from Loupe (operated by Aardvark Hosting) at the number you provide, for valuation requests you initiate. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, our messaging provider.
Loupe is not a licensed appraiser, broker, or financial advisor. Valuations are estimates derived from public auction results, dealer listings, and machine-learning models. Do not rely on Loupe as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance, or tax decision. Always verify with a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content to provide the Service and improve our models. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
You may not use Loupe to:
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that valuations are accurate, complete, or current. Market conditions change; models can err. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loupe's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
